Position Details:

* Understand complex business scenarios, define scope through workshops, and identify improvement opportunities.

* Define functional requirements, document AS-IS/TO-BE processes, and explore Al/GenAl in solution design.

* Act as a bridge between business and tech teams,

preparing user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria.

Lead functional architecture, re-engineer processes, and drive end-to-end delivery using agile and design thinking.
