Terms of Service Agreement
By accessing or using Dialkare (website, mobile interfaces, or related services), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Vendor Listings & Prohibited Content
Vendors agree that all posted products, services, properties, and job openings comply with applicable laws. Listings containing fraudulent claims, hazardous goods, copyright violations, or prohibited materials will be removed immediately and may result in permanent suspension.
3. Orders, Payments & Order Fulfillment
When placing orders on Dialkare, customers agree to the fulfillment terms (Store Self-Pickup or Standard Delivery) and payment terms selected at checkout. Prepayments and COD arrangements are governed by individual vendor store policies and platform guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All brand logos, trademarks, layout designs, and software code on Dialkare are the proprietary property of Dialkare Technologies and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
